Jimmy Carlos Perez, 18, and Eric Rodriguez, 17, employees of the Grand Marquis catering hall in Old Bridge, were walking south on Route 9 Sunday afternoon — on their way to work — when they spotted something that appeared to be a mannequin about six feet from the guardrail, they told the Asbury Park Press. Perez said he called the police, who arrived within minutes. Police quickly suspected that the body was that of year-old Parze, who had been missing for nearly three months. A Monday morning autopsy confirmed their suspicions. Ozbilgen took his own life in November, and confessed to the slaying in a suicide note to his parents, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni said. Wheeling police say foul play is not suspected in the death of a year-old Wheeling boy whose body was found this morning near Canadian National Railway tracks below a Lake-Cook Road overpass. Police said they were dispatched shortly after 7 a. Trains on Metra's North Central Service line, which run between Antioch and Union Station in Chicago, were halted for about an hour in both directions after the engineer summoned police. The teen left home Sunday evening and was reported missing early Monday morning, according to Wheeling police.
